The University of Minnesota offers three Poultry Training Programs for current and aspiring professionals.
The Poultry Certificate: Health Focus is the foundation for this program. Conceived and designed by industry professionals and UMN educators with your career development in mind, the certificate offers real world examples to take you from knowing the terms to understanding the principles.
If interested, the courses in the Poultry Health Certificate can be applied towards two Master’s degree options: a Research-based M.S. in Applied Poultry Science, or a Professional M.S. in Applied Sciences Leadership.
